What payment methods do you accept?

Coco has tried to make this as simple as possible. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Additionally, we offer alternative payment methods such as PayPal and Apple Pay for your convenience

I want a product that is not in stock

Coco knows how bad it feels bad when your dream product is out of stock. Please click on the 'notify me' button on your dream product and Coco will let you know as soon as she get our paws on it.

How does shipping work?

Coco is proud to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Your're welcome.

Standard International Shipping: 8-20 business days.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.

* Some cheeky countries like to keep your stuff for longer. Please keep in mind that all shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays

My product was damaged - what do I do?

Never fear - Coco is here. Coco is sorry that your awesome product was damaged.

Please snap a photo and include a short description (so Coco can make sure it doesn't happen again). Send us an email to contact@thecosycoconut.com and Coco will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund depending on your vibe.

I didn't get a tracking number for my order

Don't worry, Coco will get her best cat detectives on the case to track it down.

In the meantime, please check your spam or junk folder, as sometimes emails find their way there, thinking it's a cozy hiding spot.

If it's still playing hide and seek, whisker us a message at contact@thecosycoconut.comor use the contact form on our site. Coco will send you the tracking info ASAP!

What is your return policy?

Coco is sad that she didn't make your dreams come true...but she understands.

Please contact Coco at contact@thecosycoconut.com within 14 days of recieving your order if you are unsatisfied with your product in any way and we will provide instructions on how to return your item for an exchange or refund.
